Hong Kong Dimsum with Alan Chan

Alan Chan, my Hongkie colleague @BrainLAB is going to go back to Hong Kong by the end of the year. Therefore he organized this dinner to introduce his hometown specialities "Dimsum". Additionally, he told me that this is the best place to have Dimsum in Munich.
When I entered the restaurant, what I first noticed was that the owner speaks in Cantonese, so it's a good sign about the originality of the food..... The place is nicely decorated and big enough for our 60 people group.
The food.....
OK.... some of the dimsum dishes that were served are Siumai, Xiaulongpau, Hakau and Jiaozi. Wow... I never expect to see those in Germany and furthermore... they were really good... Only with the skin of the Hakau I wasn't satisfied... it was too dry for me.....
After about 8 dimsum dishes there were 4 more main dishes..... but the most important was the Char Siu..... Something that I really2 like to eat......
In overall, it was worth to join him having dimsum and those chinese food. The price that each person had to pay was not cheap. But for me, considering the amount and quality of the food, the price is fair for the german level......
