Nymphenburg Palace und Park

Schloss Nymphenburg und Park
23 September 2006

Although I've been living in Munich for almost 1 year, I've never been to Nymphenburg castle before. It's located not far from the central of the city. You probably need 15 to 20 minutes to go there using the Tram line 17 from the central station.

Nymphenburg Castle is also a heritage from King Ludwig II. To enter the castle the entrance ticket costs €5. If you want to visit some buildings on the garden, it will cost few more euros.

The castle itself is quite small compared to the castle in Chiemsee. It has a special room called as the gallery of beauties. There you can see pictures of the prettiest young ladies from the time of King Ludwig II.
