Indian Restaurant in Munich

Lunch at Shere Punjab - Leopoldstrasse, Munich

I had this lunch before I started moving out some of my stuffs to my new appt. And since Abhishek was ready to help me moving out my stuffs with his car, I just invited to for a lunch. Well.. he's an indian so I asked him to suggest a good indian restaurant with reasonable price.

This indian restaurant has the motto "Indisches Essen mit indischen Preisen", which means Indian food with Indian prices. Well... exactly that is the reason why we went there instead to another indian restaurant in Munich. The price is of course not as cheap as chinese food but the food quality is much better than those cheap chinese all you can eat restaurant.

What we ordered:

• Chicken Tikka Masala
• Cholle Bathure
• Lamb Tikka
• Garlic Naan

The prices for the main dishes are between €6 and €9. The garlic naan costs only €1,5. The taste of the food is nice and according to Abhishek, they are quite original as in India. However they should put more hot chilli sauce since none of the dishes was hot for both of us.
